Orders Sent to Freight Forwarders or Package Forwarding Services

We allow customers to use third-party freight forwarders or package forwarding services located within the United States. However, please be aware of the following:

Once your order is delivered to the U.S. forwarding address, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. This includes any loss, damage, delay, or customs-related issue that may arise during the international leg of the journey.

We do not provide customs documentation for orders sent to domestic forwarding services. It is the responsibility of the forwarding service and/or the customer to ensure proper customs declarations are made.

All risk of loss transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed at the forwarding address.

By choosing to use a forwarding service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

International Shipping

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

We ship internationally from United States and customs regulations vary by destination. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any applicable import fees required to receive your shipment.

If you refuse a shipment due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are not able to refund shipping costs, and return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

In order to comply with international customs laws and regulations, we are not obligated to agree to any customer requests to declare customs information such as price or item description that is not accurate or truthful.

Orders returned or lost due address undeliverable, denied at customs, failed delivery attempt

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted delivery address provided by the customer.

For international shipments, we are not responsible for orders returned to us because the customer refused to pay required customs duties, taxes, or fees, or where delivery attempts were made but failed.

If an order is returned to us for any of the above reasons, including an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. We will contact you to confirm the correct address (or to confirm willingness to pay any applicable customs fees) and provide a payment link for the reshipment. Orders will not be reshipped until this fee is paid. If the customer chooses not to have the item reshipped or if the item is lost, no refund will be issued.

If you realize that you've entered the wrong address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed, we'll do our best to assist if the order hasn't shipped yet.
