Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase and supported throughout your experience with our products. While we are a small operation and cannot accept all returns, we do offer the following return and refund options. The following policies are included as with our Terms of Service. By agreeing to our Terms and Service, you are also agreeing to our Return and Refund Policy.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you’ve received your order but realize it’s not what you expected or you’re unsure how to use it, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

- Order number
- Return items
- Reason for return
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
- Shipping must be with a trackable service
- We will issue a refund for the item once the return is received and inspected
- Items opened/used will incur a restocking fee equal to 20% of the item price
- Shipping it not included in the refund
We encourage customers to reach out with questions before purchasing, but we understand mistakes happen.
Damaged or Non-Functional Products
If your item arrives damaged or does not function as intended, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

- Return items
- Description of the issue or reason for return
- If damaged, photos and/or videos displaying the damage or symptoms
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued
- The product must be in original condition with included accessories
- The customer is responsible for return shipping

We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Partial Refunds and Return Refusals
Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- A return is missing items
- An item shows signs of heavy use
- An item has been modified by the user
- An item has been damaged
Non-returnable items
- Sale/Discounted items
- Giftcards
- Apparel
- Unapproved returns
Order Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Due to the nature and size of our operation, we cannot guarantee an order cancellation if the request is submitted after a large amount of time has elapsed since the order was placed. If the order has already been marked as shipped, refunds will be for the items only and will not include shipping.
