How do I update my Marauder firmware?

We have firmware update documentation available on Github. The process varies slightly from hardware to hardware but we generally recommend the SD update process.

What is this "Discord Early Bird" thing?

We have a discord server with a subscription service as well as a Patreon. This discord and Patreon subscription, among other things, offers 24h early access to restock items. We have multiple subscription tiers available but even the lowest tier has this access. If you are subscribed on the discord server, you just need to make sure you sign into our shop with your discord account.

When will my pre-order ship?

Please review the product description of the item you have pre-ordered as we provide a clear description of the expected shipment date. We maintain a weekly quota specifically to ensure we are on time with shipping your orders but occasionally we produce over our quota. While we can't provide an exact date for when your order will be shipped, we can be sure your order will ship within the provided lead time.

How big is your operation?

We are two people. Apart from PCB fabrication, all of our product design, assembly, fulfillment, marketing, content generation, and customer service happens in-house. When you speak with anyone on Instagram, Discord, YouTube, email, or shop DMs, it's me.

When do you restock your store?

We restock every 1st and 15th at 12PM ET. Occasionally we will change the time for special events and sometimes we collab with other brands outside of our drop schedule. While the restock schedule stays consistent, typically we rotate items that are restocked.

How can I receive updates when you restock?

You can join our mailing list from the main page. We also post on Instagram  and discord to announce when and what products will be restocked. We also have a "Notify me" button on each product page when they are no longer in stock so you can be notified about a specific item coming back to the shop.

How can I contact the store?

When does the Dual ESP32 come back in stock?

We aren't AWOK.

Where can I find the STLs for all of your enclosures?

All of our enclosures are available for download on Github. You are free to download and print them yourself.
