All products sold by JustCallMeKoko LLC are intended for lawful, ethical, and educational use only. These devices are designed for network security assessments, penetration testing, and cybersecurity research by authorized individuals.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to comply with all local, state, and federal laws when using these products. JustCallMeKoko LLC does not condone or support any illegal activity and cannot be held liable for misuse or unlawful application of the hardware sold.

By purchasing from JustCallMeKoko LLC, you agree to use these products in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and assume full responsibility for their use.

 

Orders Sent to Freight Forwarders or Package Forwarding Services

We allow customers to use third-party freight forwarders or package forwarding services located within the United States. However, please be aware of the following:

• Once your order is delivered to the U.S. forwarding address, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. This includes any loss, damage, delay, or customs-related issue that may arise during the international leg of the journey.

• We do not provide customs documentation for orders sent to domestic forwarding services. It is the responsibility of the forwarding service and/or the customer to ensure proper customs declarations are made.

• All risk of loss transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed at the forwarding address.

By choosing to use a forwarding service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
